Master's Hand is located in a sleepy town of 1,700 people in northeast Nebraska. Master's Hand is no stranger to national recognition and has quickly amassed a long list of awards, accolades and television appearances. We sampled this legendary cinnamon roll in person with a warm house-brewed coffee. The cinnamon was warmed up slightly.  The dough itself was lightly sweetened but full of flavor — yeasty, buttery, maybe even a little tangy. The filling had a punch of cinnamon and was sticky with brown sugar and butter.  And the icing? The icing was warm, ooey-gooey, not too sweet,  and didn't have have a distracting almond or vanilla after taste.

It was literally love at first bite. We quickly recall the hundreds of online reviews about their cinnamon rolls and sticky buns. In an instant we realized they were all true.  This cinnamon roll was made with the midwesterner in mind.
